This classically designed garden furniture set includes a right-corner sofa, a left-corner sofa, and a one-corner sofa with weatherproof cushions, plus a high/low adjustable glass top table to create the perfect round-table garden lounge space. Each is crafted with our high-quality, handwoven rattan with weatherproof protection, and the arms and edges of the Charlbury garden corner dining set use the 5mm full round rattan for added durability. The sides include a mix of flat and half-round rattan, woven together for a unique, classic look. This set will seat 6 in sumptuous comfort, with double-piped sofa cushions that retain their shape and ease you into its 5cm foam core. You and your guests can be seated around the 100x100cm outdoor table using the corner sofa. The glass top is sunk into the table to create a flush finish that does not allow movement, and the table feet are adjustable should you have any uneven surfaces. Whether you’re in the conservatory or on the patio, the Charlbury Mini Corner set is perfect for dining or lounging.

Kettler Cushions & Garden Furniture Covers

Our summer always comes with its fair share of rain. Showers are unpredictable and can come anytime. Kettler cushions aren’t waterproof, however, Kettler believe you don’t need waterproof cushions on your garden set in order to beat the rain.
 
Kettler strongly recommend taking cushions indoors when not in use.

Kettler cushions are safer and more comfortable not being waterproof. The cushions include an open cell foam core that maintains its shape for longer. An open cell foam is softer and more breathable than a closed cell foam, but it absorbs water like a sponge.


SO HOW DO YOU KEEP KETTLER CUSHIONS DRY?

Use a Garden Furniture Protective Cover

Kettler offers a range of protective covers for some of its garden furniture. All of the covers are tailor fitted and include ventilation pockets to lower the build-up of condensation underneath. In the summer months you can leave the cushions on the set, under the cover but only if the cushions are dry.

Kettler don’t provide tailor fitted covers for their metal garden furniture. Covering mesh could have a detrimental effect on the special, all-weather coating that is already put over the metal.

If you have wicker or wooden garden furniture, and are looking for an alternative way to cover your set, it is recommend to use a breathable cover or storing it inside a garage, shed or room in the home. Enjoy year-round use by moving your garden furniture inside a conservatory during the winter months.

KETTLER WICKER CARE

The synthetic wicker is weatherproof and can be left outdoors all year round (excluding cushions).

Recommendations

It can be cleaned with warm soapy water or using the multi-purpose cleaner sold on the Kettler website. Remove dust regularly with a clean soft brush and wipe down with a clean damp cloth.

Use pads, mats and coasters under plates, glasses cups etc to protect them from scratches, spills, stains and heat damage.

Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining. Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately. Protective covers are also available for most items.

Polywood tables

Remove dust regularly with a clean soft brush and wipe down with a clean damp cloth. Use pads, mats and coasters under plates, glasses cups etc to protect them from scratches, spills, stains and heat damage. Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining. Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned off immediately. Take care if using near a barbecue. Charcoal sparks could cause melting.

Do not leave hot BBQ tools or other hot items directly on the table. Some styles of glassware can act as a magnifying glass in strong sunlight and will cause damage. Always use a coaster under glasses. During extreme heat or humidity polywood may display signs of slight warping. This is normal and will disappear once the temperature has cooled.
