The Alexander Rose Portofino Round Bistro Armchair Set is a stunning garden or patio set. Its small size makes it ideal if space is at a premium such as on a balcony or small patio. The contemporary Portofino range is made from fine powder coated, tubular steel & wire mesh. The mesh is fused to the frame with great precision producing a soft blend between the two materials.

Garden furniture

I live in England but wanted to buy a present of some garden furniture for my mother who lives in Northern Ireland. I was delighted to find Mid Ulster Garden Centre through a web search. They have a fantastic selection of quality garden furniture. Even with the current challenges with delivery etc, they made sure the items were delivered and kept in touch with me at every stage. Needless to say, it was a lovely surprise for my mother and now we’re keeping our fingers crossed for some lovely sunshine!

Enjoying outdoor.

I absolutely love my new bistro set. The quality is really good and the seat cushions complement the set perfectly. The staff at the garden centre were so helpful and even accommodated me receiving my order before the weekend to enjoy using it asap. Overall a really positive experience. I will definitely shop with yourselves again soon.

Delivery Process

  • We use either our own delivery fleet or trusted delivery partners, depending on your location

Pallet Deliveries

  • Goods are unloaded using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle
  • Pallets will be placed on your driveway, subject to suitable access and kerb height
  • Signature required upon delivery (can be waived with prior consent)

Damages & Returns

Damaged Deliveries

  1. Inspect goods upon delivery
  2. If damage is visible, please:
    • Notify the delivery driver immediately
    • Mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing
    • Document the damage with photographs if possible
  3. Report any damage or shortages within 3 working days of delivery via email
  4. Include your order number and photographs of the damage in your email

Returns Process

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Contact our customer service team to arrange return collection
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Once received, we will process your refund or replacement promptly
