The Alexander Rose Portofino Tea for Two Set with Armchairs is a charming garden or patio set. Its small size makes it ideal if space is at a premium such as on a balcony or small patio. The contemporary Portofino range is made from fine powder coated, tubular steel & wire mesh. The mesh is fused to the frame with great precision producing a soft blend between the two materials.

Excellent customer service and very pleased with the table and chairs. The set is sturdy and the chairs are comfortable with or without the cushions.

The table is sturdy and stable while looking elegant and low maintenance. The chairs are very comfortable and streamlined making it overall a really practical and durable item for outdoor use.

    • FREE delivery on orders over £100

Standard Delivery

Delivery Process

  • We use either our own delivery fleet or trusted delivery partners, depending on your location
  • Upon order confirmation, we will contact you with:

Pallet Deliveries

  • Goods are unloaded using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle
  • Pallets will be placed on your driveway, subject to suitable access and kerb height
  • Signature required upon delivery (can be waived with prior consent)

Damages & Returns

Damaged Deliveries

  1. Inspect goods upon delivery
  2. If damage is visible, please:
    • Notify the delivery driver immediately
    • Mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing
    • Document the damage with photographs if possible
  3. Report any damage or shortages within 3 working days of delivery via email
  4. Include your order number and photographs of the damage in your email

Returns Process

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Contact our customer service team to arrange return collection
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Once received, we will process your refund or replacement promptly
