Charcoal coloured cushions are made from our innovative Eco fabric, spun from recycled plastic bottles. The soft-touch cushions retain the hard wearing, season-proof quality that is synonymous with our outdoor fabrics. The all-weather, Dove Grey rattan is built on an aluminium frame, hence the furniture is lightweight, strong and rust-free.

The highly durable, ceramic tabletop is recessed into the weave for added protection and aesthetics.

    • FREE delivery on orders over £100
    • £5 delivery charge for orders under £100 (UK & Northern Ireland)

Delivery Times & Service

Standard Delivery

Delivery Process

  • We use either our own delivery fleet or trusted delivery partners, depending on your location
  • Upon order confirmation, we will contact you with:
    • Dispatch date
    • Estimated delivery timescale
    • Tracking information (where applicable)

Pallet Deliveries

  • Goods are unloaded using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle
  • Pallets will be placed on your driveway, subject to suitable access and kerb height
  • Signature required upon delivery (can be waived with prior consent)

Damages & Returns

Damaged Deliveries

  1. Inspect goods upon delivery
  2. If damage is visible, please:
    • Notify the delivery driver immediately
    • Mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing
    • Document the damage with photographs if possible
  3. Report any damage or shortages within 3 working days of delivery via email
  4. Include your order number and photographs of the damage in your email

Returns Process

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Contact our customer service team to arrange return collection
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Once received, we will process your refund or replacement promptly
