The Alexander Rose - Portofino Bench Seat Pad comes in green stripe and charcoal stripe cushion. The cushions are made from polyester with a comfortable foam filling. They are secured using the ties located on the corners of the cushion. We advise you remove the cushions when not in use, these can be stored in a cushion bag or box.

  • Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and Mainland UK
    • FREE delivery on orders over £100
    • £5 delivery charge for orders under £100 (UK & Northern Ireland)
    • £10 delivery charge for orders under £100 (Republic of Ireland)

Delivery Times & Service

Standard Delivery

  • Typical delivery time: 3-5 working days
  • Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Delivery Process

  • We use either our own delivery fleet or trusted delivery partners, depending on your location
  • Upon order confirmation, we will contact you with:
    • Dispatch date
    • Estimated delivery timescale
    • Tracking information (where applicable)

Pallet Deliveries

  • Goods are unloaded using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle
  • Pallets will be placed on your driveway, subject to suitable access and kerb height
  • Signature required upon delivery (can be waived with prior consent)

Damages & Returns

Damaged Deliveries

  1. Inspect goods upon delivery
  2. If damage is visible, please:
    • Notify the delivery driver immediately
    • Mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing
    • Document the damage with photographs if possible
  3. Report any damage or shortages within 3 working days of delivery via email
  4. Include your order number and photographs of the damage in your email

Returns Process

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Contact our customer service team to arrange return collection
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Once received, we will process your refund or replacement promptly
