    Staff who go above and beyond

    The day I visited the Mid-Ulster Garden Centre to purchase a gift card, there was a problem with their Wi-Fi in the shop. However, this did not deter Laura who took me to the office to ensure I got my E-Card. Manyt5

    E-Gift Card not truly Digital

    I think having to have the E-Gift card sent to the purchaser who then has to re-send to the person receiving the gift is clunky and unnecessary in this digital age. You really need to update the system so you can send E-Gift Cards direct to the recipient and also have the ability to send them on a specific date, in my case I wanted to be able for them to arrive in their inboxes on Christmas Day and now to achieve that I have to remember to forward the cards myself on Christmas Day!!
