The Alexander Rose Hardwood Round Parasol Umbrella with Pulley 2.7m Diameter, including night cover, is operated using a pulley and locking pin system. You simply pull the rope down to raise your parasol up to the desired height and place the brass pin in one of the pole holes to secure. To lower the parasol remove the locking pin and slowly let the rope pass through your hands until the canopy is folded.

Alexander Rose recommends that the parasol IS NOT left up in windy conditions, it is essential to use a proper base to add stability to your parasol. This parasol comes complete with night covers.

    Very good quality

      Pallet Deliveries

      • Goods are unloaded using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle
      • Pallets will be placed on your driveway, subject to suitable access and kerb height

      Damages & Returns

      Damaged Deliveries

      1. Inspect goods upon delivery
      2. If damage is visible, please:
        • Notify the delivery driver immediately
        • Mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing
        • Document the damage with photographs if possible
      3. Report any damage or shortages within 3 working days of delivery via email
      4. Include your order number and photographs of the damage in your email
