We pre-ordered our table set and parasol back in April for a May delivery but we’re advised that due to shipping issues it was likely to be June before the stock arrived in. When I next checked on the order I was advised that part of the order was in and was offered delivery on the table and parasol, with new chairs loaned from the garden centre until ours arrived in. Once our chair shipment came in, the centre arranged for collection of the loaned chairs and delivered new ones. Everyone was very helpful, answered any questions we had and was apologetic of the shipping issues (which weren’t their fault!). Great service all round and would happily order from here again.
