The dramatic Alexander Rose Round Cantilever 3.0m is a stunning parasol that will make a statement with any furniture set. This parasol can be positioned to provide maximum shade. It appears to float above the furniture, the canopy can be adjusted into 7 positions to give maximum shade from the sun using a crank handle mechanism. It is free standing, which allows you to position the furniture underneath rather than around a central pole as with conventional designs.The parasol also has a foot operated pedal for 360º rotation. Comes with a FREE night cover.
Care Instructions
The parasol is made using lightweight durable polyester fabric which is water resistant and easy to clean. To clean your parasol Alexander Rose advise that the fabric is kept attached to the frame. For best results use a soft brush or broom and warm soapy water. For more stubborn stains the canopy can be removed and washed at 30˚C. Once washed it is important to put the canopy back on the frame to dry.

Our online purchased was for the Alexander Rose Round Cantilever parasol UH30 and the base on wheels. I had done my researched and priced around these items beforehand. This website was the cheapest by almost €100 and I must say the overall service was excellent, however we had one small problem but the mid ulster garden centre offered us a few options in trying to resolve it. The free delivery of the goods came on time but by two different carriers, unfortunately when we opened the box for the parasol we noticed the main frame had a small bit of damaged on it. I phoned the mid ulster garden centre straight away and spoke to a very nice man who advised me to send a email with photos of the damages to them. A couple of days later they offered us a choice either a replacement with the collection of damaged parasol at no additional charge, a full refund or a partial refund for the damages on the parasol. We decided to take the partial refund as the nearest stockest for this product is over 100km away from us!. We were refunded back onto our card within a couple of days too. We don't notice the small dent or the chip in paintwork and it looks amazing in our garden and it was even cheaper with the discount for the damages too. We will be recommending this website to all our friends and family as they sell good quality brands of garden furniture at great prices with free delivery to the Republic of Ireland with theadditional back up of offering good old fashioned customer service to the customer.
