BUYERS NOTES
New Asian breeding has produced this shorter, cylindrical, blunt-ended mooli radish. With roots just 15cm (6in) in length, this variety is ideal for shallow soils and containers. For optimum results, sow from June to mid September and harvest from 50 days as required. Keep roots well watered.
Sowing Information:
Sow very thinly, 1cm (¬Ωin) deep in drills 30cm (12in) apart in soil which has been raked to a fine tilth. Water ground regularly, especially during dry periods.
Growing Information:
When large enough to handle, thin out seedlings to 7cm (3in) apart. Keep plants cool and moist to prevent running to seed.
